Bulk Messaging API Errors

Our engineers have investigated and resolved an issue with the Bulk Messaging API. From 12:00PM PDT to 12:30PM PDT on Wednesday, 9/16/26, customers may have experienced elevated HTTP 503 status codes and request timeouts when calling Bulk Messaging API endpoints. The issue has been resolved and all impacted services are operating normally. (Affected: Mailsend: Comms API)
