User impact: Users may be unable to access multiple Microsoft 365 services using GSA.   More info: Impacted services may include, but aren't limited to: - Outlook - Outlook on the web - OneDrive - SharePoint Online - Microsoft Teams - Windows 365 Cloud PCs Current status: We've deployed the traffic optimizations and although we saw a reduction of errors initially, this did not fully resolve the issue. We're continuing to troubleshoot the issue to develop additional mitigation strategies. Scope of impact: Some users in Germany and the United Kingdom attempting to access Microsoft 365 services listed in the More info section using GSA may be impacted.
